
Project Management and SCRUM Master for Fortune 500 Automotive Company Internal Application
As the Project Manager and SCRUM Master for this project, I worked closely with the client's Project Lead and Stakeholders. With only three team members being stateside, many challenges had to be addressed and worked through daily for the offshore development team in India. Even with the challenges we still delivered the product to the client within an extended timeline after several change orders to bring the project back in scope based on client expectations.

Activities and Deliverables
Onboarded offshore development team and on-shore support team in a rocky, technologically antiquated environment.
Quick pivots and adjustments to find out how to remove blockers for the development team with the continuation of onboarding issues.
Skilled at blending Agile workflow into client’s waterfall workflow.
Weekly Status Report creation for Project Lead at the Client and weekly partner meeting.
Facilitation of Sprint Planning, Demos, and Retros.

A user research survey was sent to the development team to understand how to make improvements when working with this client in the future - readout to the team's findings.
UI/UX gap identification documentation and presentation to the client for a change order.
Change order documentation and presentation for ongoing issues and delays on the project to the client.
