Heuristic Evaluation for Internal Application at Fortune 500 Insurance Company
Overview
Conduct a heuristic evaluation for an internal application at a Fortune 500 insurance company to help them determine what items to add to the product backlog and how to prioritize user stories. 
UX Process
I worked in the business unit portfolio within one vertical to conduct a heuristic evaluation for an internal application. Working closely with the project manager to understand the basics of the application and gain access to the application for the assessment. 
After assessing the application, I gathered the details into a PowerPoint to share with the project team and leadership. Aligning vertical goals to the recommendations discovered in the evaluation. I also created a user journey map and aligned areas of opportunity within the user journey map for clearer understanding. Recommendations were ultimately added to the product backlog and roadmap.
